the 60s-played in rock bands. Jazz pianist, singer-songwriter, entertainer, actor,
Harris (Harrissimo), has been a fixture on the Madison Wisconsin music scene
since 1970 as both a sideman and a bandleader. His album, Lost In My Own Little
World, won the 2008 Madison Music Award (MAMA) for best jazz album. For the
past 10 years, Harris has been the organist for the Madison Mallards baseball
team. He is considered the foremost baseball organist in the country. Harris
currently performs as a piano soloist, with the R&B Band Blue Rhythm, the David
Bowey/Queen tribute bands: The Hung Americans and Fat Bottomed Girls, and,
finally, his EDM band Sins of Man.. |
